Guidance for Applying Authors
By participating in the BookHub Collaborative Authoring Workshop — South-East Edition, you agree that the published version of your authored book, developed from the initial draft produced during the workshop, may be showcased during future BookHub and LIBSENSE events if accepted for publication.
You will retain full copyright of your work. To ensure broad visibility and accessibility, final books will be published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) licence, allowing others to share and adapt the material with proper attribution.
All published works will be:
● Assigned a DOI via the BookHub Crossref integration
● Assigned an ARK persistent identifier via WACREN PIDsLink
● Deposited in the RUMBU national repository for long-term preservation
● Disseminated to DOAB (Directory of Open Access Books) and global library discovery systems via the BookHub National Catalogue
● Eligible for print-on-demand and EPUB distribution through BookHub's distribution partners
The BookHub OA publishing programme operates on a Diamond Open Access model: no fees for authors, no fees for readers.
