Are you an academic, researcher, librarian, or publishing professional at a South-East Nigerian university with a scholarly book project you want to develop? Join us in Owerri and join the national movement to advance open access scholarly publishing in Nigeria.
The BookHub Collaborative Authoring Workshop — South-East Edition is co-organised by LIBSENSE and the BookHub OA Project Team, and offers an immersive three-day authoring environment supported by experienced editors, peer mentors, and the full BookHub publishing infrastructure.
How to Apply
Applications should include the following:
- A brief statement of interest (maximum 300 words) describing your proposed book, its scholarly contribution, and your intended readership
- A draft abstract and chapter outline of your proposed book (one to two pages)
- A short biography or CV (maximum two pages)
Early-career researchers are particularly encouraged to apply. ECR applicants affiliated with LIBSENSE member institutions should note this in their statement of interest.
