Assuring QUALITY Education in Sierra Leone: Innovative Teaching & Learning Technologies Matter
SLREN-Network 2018 is the 3rd Annual Conference of the Sierra Leone Research and Education Network (SLREN) for Research and Education Networking. This series of conferences brings together researchers, academics, ICT practitioners, policy makers, infrastructure & service providers, regulators and many others once a year to make presentations, share ideas and network on approaches for leveraging ICT to improve the quality of teaching, learning and research in Sierra Leone higher education research and institutions. The conference will be hosted by Njala University and University of Sierra Leone. The theme for the conference this year is: “Assuring QUALITY Education in Sierra Leone: Innovative Teaching & Learning Technologies Matter.” The sub themes are: - Sub-Theme 1: QUALITY Education: Concepts and Characteristics - Sub-Theme 2: QUALITY Research: Innovative ICTs for communicating research evidence - Sub-Theme 3: QUALITY Teaching and Learning: Innovative ICTs and library services - Sub-Theme 4: QUALITY Governance: Regulations, Policies & Procedures
