RESUME
Introduction : Le carcinome adénoïde kystique (CAK) est une tumeur maligne développée aux dépens des glandes. La forme cutanée généralisée est exceptionnelle. Nous rapportons le premier cas observé en République Centrafricaine
Observation : Une femme de 40 ans consulte le 11 juillet 2013 en dermatologie de Bangui pour des tumeurs et des nodules cutanés. Les lésions ont été généralisées, y compris le cuir chevelu et sous la langue. Ils étaient sous forme de nodules durs, immobiles, de taille variable et de tumeurs de 2 à 6 cm de diamètre. Certains d'entre eux étaient ulcérés. L'histologie d'un nodule cutané a montré une image de carcinome adénoïde kystique
Discussion: Cette forme clinique d’adénocarcinome kyste cutané généralisé semble être observé pour la première et traduit le retard de prise en charge dans les pays en voie de développement.

ABSTRACT
Introduction: The goal of the authors was to publish a rare picture of a generalized skin case observed in Central African Republic.
Observation: A woman of 40 years old, consults in Dermatology of Bangui on July 11, 2013 for cutaneous nodules and tumors. The lesions were generalized including the scalp and under the tongue. They were in the form of hard nodules, motionless, variable size and tumors from 2 to 6 cm diameter. Some of which were ulcerated. Histology of a cutaneous nodule showed an image of adenoid cystic carcinoma.
Discussion: This clinical form of generalized adenoid cystic carcinoma of the skin seems to be observed for the first time and reflects the delay of management in developing countries
