This workshop aims to exploit the promotion of federated access and the WACREN EduID pilot for development of Identity and Service providers in Eko-Konnect and contribute towards the establishment of the NgREN Identity Federation.

As an associate member of WACREN and host of the NgREN Catchall Identity Provider and Certification Authority,  Eko-Konnect participates in ongoing H2020 projects. We see an opportunity to accelerate the development of Authorisation and Authentication Infrastructure (AAI) in NgREN by taking advantage of these projects and the WACREN EduID Federation as a Service (FaaS).
