Description

This 1-day workshop which precedes the annual Eko-Konnect user conference will be held in collaboration with WACREN and the National Institute of Informatics, Japan (NII).

The morning session will focus on the WEKO3 multi-tenancy repository and a data management platform for open access to research, teaching and learning materials.
 
The afternoon session will be dedicated to contemporary methods for providing the identity-based frameworks needed to access these research materials securely and protect intellectual property.  It will also include the latest updates on eduID.ng, the pilot Nigerian Identity Federation.
