 is designed specifically for Nigerian early-career researchers who want to
  champion open science within their institutions.This intensive co-creatio
 n workshop will develop and mentor 30 new LIBSENSE ECR Network Leads\, emp
 owering you to implement change management programmes that promote open sc
 ience practices and principles at your institution.What you'll experience:
 Through interactive sessions\, you'll be sensitised to LIBSENSE open scien
 ce practices and principles while sharing your own knowledge and experienc
 e with the open science community. Together\, we'll develop your capabilit
 ies in open science advocacy and leadership\, equipping you with the skill
 s to engage institutional leadership and build sustainable on-campus commu
 nities.A key outcome of the workshop will be co-creating an open access sh
 areable toolkit for ECR network-building—resources you'll use immediatel
 y and that will support early career researchers across the region.Why par
